The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) was under heavy security when Khan, 70, made his appearance there after being given permission for his car to enter the court grounds.

According to a court official, the ATC ordered the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) head to cooperate with the police investigation and granted him pre-arrest release in three terrorist cases, including the well-publicized Jinnah House assault, until June 2.
According to the official, Khan promised the court that he would take part in the probe.
Khan had earlier claimed that everyone was denouncing the assault on army sites and called for an investigation.
He said, “I have already done so…who is not condemning the attack on the Jinnah House Lahore? ” when asked why he had not yet released a statement denouncing the attack on the residence of the senior military commander in Lahore. Tell me one Pakistani who doesn’t practice it.
He said that by placing his PTI party against the Pakistan army, the coalition government, which is headed by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), intended to drive his party out of mainstream politics.
