Calcutta High Court: Women’s misuse of Section 498A IPC amounts to “legal terrorism”

On Monday, the Calcutta High Court issued a ruling saying that women had committed “legal terrorism” by abusing Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which makes it a crime for a husband or his family to be unkind to his wife.
