Minor Hindu girl kidnapped, forcefully married in Pakistan
In yet another incident of forced conversion and atrocities against minorities, a 14-year-old Hindu girl. Identified as Parsha Kumari, has been allegedly kidnapped in the Mori district of Khairpur in Sindh in Pakistan.
As per media reports, Parsha was forcibly converted and married off to a Muslim man named Abdul Saboor after faking her actual age on the documents.
The family had immediately filed a mission person report with the local police, but the police have failed to take any action.
Abdul Saboor faked Kumari’s age on the affidavit, claiming that she is 18-years-old, making her an adult.
In the documents submitted by her parents, her date of birth mentioned is 15 September 2005, which makes her 14 years old. She was a student of class IX. However, an affidavit was presented from the girl’s side in which she claimed that her old name was Parsha Kumari and she has accepted Islam. She further claimed that she is in love with Abdul Saboor and wanted to marry him.
